Letters and practical prompts

The original combined Word pack contains 12 sections: allegation notice, interview invitation, respondent outcome, complainant outcome, witness statement, proposed employment action, engagement prompts, quote and scope, scope variation, safe contact and interim arrangements, sector reporting and authority map, and interview question bank.

Excel evidence workbook

Four sheets: evidence register, handling log, instructions and a fictional example. The working tables have filter controls and frozen headings. The item count follows the evidence table; insert table rows in Excel and check formatting and dropdowns when extending it.

Reference PDFs and download guide

Includes the quick start PDF and process and legal quick reference PDF. The download guide explains the component versions: the new toolkit is release 2.2; retained reference materials keep their original 2.0 or 2.1 labels and source-check dates. Previous files are also preserved in an archive.
