Our courses are open to everyone, whether you’re an HR Professional or manager, a generalist investigator looking to specialise in workplace investigations or just a person interested in learning about this fascinating area. There are no prerequisites and no prior experience is necessary. The course can be delivered to your staff in-house or you can simply book in for one of our public courses nearest you.

The room can seat 40 people comfortably, you will receive a hard copy of the learning material so you can use this as a resource reference. Feel free to ask your questions to an actual workplace investigator.
The first day of the course involves an in-depth introduction to the world of workplace investigations. This is followed by a breakdown of the basics behind the legal aspects of conducting an investigation, as well as a comprehensive look at how to manage complaints and open your case.
After a short review of the previous day, day 2 will build on your knowledge from day 1 and have you learning about how to conduct your own in-house workplace investigation, and manage all of the different situations and potential problems that can arise as a result of your findings.
