CFO/CTO EXECUTIVE TEAM

Nicks role as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Cloak Group, his primary responsibility will be the planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of the Cloak Group, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations. In his extended role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Nick will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company.  The CTO works with Executive Management to grow the company through the use of technological resources. As part of this role Nick is available to advise on your HR technology processes and provide cost effective solutions.

Jeff has over 30 years of investigation experience in government as a member of the New South Wales Police Force and within the private sector as a Senior Investigator servicing a Commonwealth contract at an Australian Government offshore facility.

Jeff has also delivered Diploma level investigations training to Commonwealth and State entities including the Australian Taxation Office, Comcare, Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations and the Australian Skills Quality Authority.

GREG LAMEY

INVESTIGATOR

Greg has more than 26 years investigative experience as a member of the NSW police service (reaching the rank of detective inspector) and as a consultant investigator to private and public organisations conducting administrative investigations, complaint management and human resource investigations including breaches of code and conduct, fraud, bullying/harassment and compliance matters.

As a detective, he was involved in all facets of criminal investigation and also the management of large teams. Greg holds a number of relevant graduate, post-graduate and VET qualifications in human resource management, criminology, investigations, investigations management, training and assessment in government investigations and compliance.

Ellen specialises in facilitating sustainable business change and growth for both small and large global organisations.

Over the past 23 years her expertise has delivered proven increases in efficiency and effectiveness for clients in industry sectors including Oil and Gas (BP), Telecommunications (Huawei & Telstra), Mining (Bechtel), Construction (Withey Group & Lend Lease), Banking and Financial Services, (KPMG, Santander, Deutsche Bank & Bank of England), Leisure and Government.

Ellen has a PhD in Multi Stakeholder Decision Making and Negotiation from the London School of Economics, a Psychology Degree and Masters Degree in Social Psychology.

GARY JOHNSTON

HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTANT

Gary has decades of experience working in the Human Resources sector having worked for a Government Owned Corporation where he had corporate responsibility for the workforce, workplace culture and workplace development strategy.

His areas of accountability included workplace culture, change management, organizational development, training and development, corporate development, employee and industrial relations, personnel management, recruitment, HR information systems (including SAP), equal employment opportunity, workplace health and safety, and electrical safety.

Ian Griffiths

IAN GRIFFITHS

INVESTIGATOR

Ian has more than 20 years experience conducting workplace investigations for large corporate organisations in both Australia and the UK, including many publicly listed companies such as Coles Group, Specialty Fashion Group, Next (UK) and on behalf of Telstra at Vita Group. Ian has also managed the investigation, risk and loss prevention functions for some of these organisations.

Ian holds a degree in Business Management and numerous VET qualifications in investigations and security and risk management.

Ian has advanced non-confrontational interview skills and is certified in the Wicklander and Zulawski interview and interrogation method.
